does anyone know where to find a heater tube assembly? It runs parallel from the front of Lower Intake manifold to the heater core. Ford said it no longer produce the damn thing.

I got mine from Oink. Try a junk yard.
If not, just cut the end off of the side that goes into the the intake manifold, connect it to 3/4" heater hose and run THAT to the firewall. THEN run a separate heater hose to the water pump.

THis is not exactly, but similar to how us Vortech guys do it.

That's a pretty cool avatar. Also the pipe was still available from the dealer.

Thanks for the help, I found a cheap way of doing it. There are two small O-rings that go on the heater tube on the part that treads in to the manifold. All you have to do is grind the lip of the tube to get the treaded piece (nut) off. Next I just replaced the o-rings and with a Ballpin hammer made another lip

Thanks for the help
