HAD IT with engine noise help

I've had it with this engine noise ive been dealing with for 2 months now I've replaced the belt the idler pulley and now the tensioner and its still there in 2nd and 3rd gear between 1800 and 2200 rpms. it started right after i installed my TB, Plenum and coils but i dont think that the TB is whistling it sounds like a rotational noise i would really appreciate any help thanks

Id just throw the stock throttle body and plenum back on just to eliminate that possibility. It's easy to do and noises can be very tricky sometimes. Noise complaints are common after plenum throttle body changes, and at least you can then be sure. It could be tranny problem, but I'd still go back to where you started before throwing money at it.

im also thinking it could be the power stearing pump because it doesnt seem to happen when i accelerate and turn as much

It's hard to diagnose problems like this because we can't see the car in person or hear the noise. Just take it to a mechanic.
