Getting rid of my Magnaflow cat back and going back to the good olde fashined american thunder cat back! 40 series two chambers!!

I did like my magnaflow which is all satinless etc. but it doesn't have "that" signature sound that started it for me back in the late 80's early 90's.

I might give up a few ponies, but I don't care!

If anyone wants a SS Magnaflow cat back let me know.

Bassani is good, but they turned me off years ago with their ridiculous pricing.

Mac is my favorite but Flow 2 chamber sounds great too IMO, regardless of the naysayers. Sure it's an old design but maybe there's a reason it's probably the most utilized fox muffler?

Flowmasters just have too much of a "hollow/dry" sound. Yes they rumble, but the sound isn't rich.

Hard to explain, but MAC has that rich, not-dry sound I like.

Now the Pypes system I have on my other Capri makes loud, obnoxious sounds that I love when I don't care about hearing anything else in or around the car. Pure bliss.

I have flows on my LX.

My cat-back has been on the car since 2001...no rust. I had a MAC cat-back on before...hated it
