Halogen rear lights

This may seem kinda of stupid but I want to make my reverse lights brighter and thought that the halogen lights used in track lighting would be nice to use instead. How would I go about adapting this to my car? Will it be worthwhile or I am having another brain fart? Thanks.

You should be able to get a halogen replacemeny bulb.

Seems pretty dumb to me too. Just put brighter bulbs in your backup sockets.

I am gonna have to look for the brighter bulbs. Its just that the lenses are also showing some age, so I thought I could use those track light bulbs with the lenses they have.
