Has any one installed a handbrake into there classic? I did a search here and google and didn't see anything besides generic hand brake handles, and nothing specific here. I was wonder how people mounted theirs, and if they ran into any problems doing it. Thanks, and if you have pictures that would be great.

I have seen an 80's mustang set up used with the brake lever mounted on the tunnel. Much cheaper than the lokar set up.

I used a Lokar one in mine with the Lokar cable kit. I have a rear disc conversion and its kinda hard to pull but it works.

I have the Lokar hand brake and cable kit. Explorer rear disc. Used a Lokar billet trim ring and boot around the hand brake and T-5z.

On trans tunnel. Sorry these are the only pictures I have right now.

Before carpet. Old scanned pics.

That's what I plan on doing, however, instead of the reinforcing plate, I took the cup that mounts to the tunnel off the '93 GT and will incorporate it into my tunnel, making it look factory, even from below.
