Hanging Door question

I just took off my drivers side door to do some bodywork, and marked where the hinges came off. I place the door back on and it does not line up correctly. I am a one man operation, is there any tips on lining this up, by myself. I tried using two jacks, it worked a little better. Any help, is appreciated.

Just trial and error... a tiny change makes all the difference. If you can rent a door jack, that would help.

Like the previous guy said, it's just a matter of trial and error. Taking a door off is something I will never do again. I could never get it right.
