Hanging Idle in the 96-98's

Anyone have this issue? When I get off the gas, the gas seems to stick for about 3 to 5 seconds and then drops.. I feel like I've tried everything!! I can't get it fixed.. Anyone fix it?

Do a search for the copper cap mod. You can fix it for about 25 cents
