After I replaced my broken TPS with an OEM unit, my rpms are slow to fall when I put it into neutral. I already have the blocking plate, and I tried reseting the ECU, and let it get up to operating temps, turned it off, then restarted her but that didn't work.

Any other tricks, or do I have to wait until it relearns itself?

Give it a few days of driving and see if it calms down.

What blocking plate are you talking about?

sorry, but I'm on my phone and unable to provide you with a link. however, if you go onto ebay, and search for "iac plate", it should turn up.

its basically a plate the restricts air flow into the plenum or iac, I'm not sure so that your rpms drop quicker.

I'm sure its going to creect itself, I just don't get why the plate isn't working or why letting it warm up didn't work either.

and I just threw a code, p0507, 57 miles after I dced the negative.
