Those 3 ton look exactly the same as the ones I bought from Pep Boys. Any word of other manufacturers? I assume one plant could be making multiple brands, and slapping different stickers on them.

My 6-ton stands don't have those item numbers. I bought them in 2019.
My 3-ton stands I've had much longer.

Mine are circa 2000 Craftsman stands. I’ve literally had my car stored on them for at least a decade cumulatively over the years

thanks for this, I actually have two sets. my car was on these during the entire resto. I guess I consider myself lucky, I was considering a set of quickjacks anyway.

Reinforces my decision to not buy from HF unless absolutely necessary or I need a cheap, one time use tool. I, fortunately, don't have any of these.

@Kabuki_notch those QuickJacks are neat, but $$$.

Harbor Freight recall replacement jack stands may be unsafe too, report says - CNET

One customer's recall-replacement jack stand split at the weld seam during use.

The thing is, most if not all are made in China anyway... and probably by the same people.... has anyone even seen a set that say made in the USA?

Here’s an interesting article ..... scroll down a ways, and it talks about USA stands (there are not many).

We Review the Best Jack Stands for Cars, Trucks, and SUV's

We rank the top jack stands based on price, quality, and safety. Includes jack stands for pinch welds, heavy-duty use, American-made, and where to buy.

Well yeah!! Have been for years. Lead in all those little toys that your kids beg for cause they conveniently place them right at a kids eye level, the conveniently placed sensor or hose clamp that is impossible to get to without burning your fingers or shreading the skin from the back of you hands and bleeding all over place scaring the bejesus outta your fellow employees.
