You must have the wrong catalogs. Glazier's has them, the single exhaust bolt is their G06156, and the dual exhaust bolt is G06177. The difference is the length, the single exhaust had the brass block on the the housing, requiring a long bolt, while the dual exhaust had a steel bracket on the housing, using a much shorter bolt.

That's really not a bolt, it's got two functions, one is the bolt to hold the junction block in place, the other is it's also the rear axle vent tube. You can find these at a junkyard.

It's not a banjo bolt, it's a hollow bolt, to connect the axle vent hose.

If you look at the diagram is sure does LOOK like a banjo bolt. The diagram is decieving. The rear brake line does not have a banjo bolt, the hard line attaches directly to it on both sides and then runs along the axle. That bolt is actually the axle breather tube which goes through the brake line's distrobution block and holds it to the axle. I'm not sure what thread type this uses, but you might be able to use a brass NTP fiting. Junkyards are another option. I don't know if the current breather tube's on the 8.8s use the same threads or not but you can always try geting one from a dealership and if it doesn't work just return it.

I've seen these in different "bolt" lengths with nipples for different breather tube diameters. I would be hard pressed to think of a Ford rear axle that does not have one, including trucks. Far as I know Ford didn't use a hooded axle breather bolt.

National Parts Depot has them, also under part number 4022 in various lengths. All it really is is a hose barb with straight threads.

I do think that Ford used hooded vent bolts, but The only cars I have really noticed them on were from the late '50s.

I've got a couple of 9" pickup rears that don't have em. When I did the 9" for my Comet, I used a pipe nipple for the vent hose and welded a stud on for for the brake junction block.
