Harness , Sensor, Cam, Perhaps Electrical Issue - Need Help?

I have an 11 mustang and a shop did my heads put stage 2 comp cams oil billet gear pump etc and i have all supporting mods. The problem is while on the dyno, they told me that intake side of the cams are losing signal and coming back . I'm not to familiar with this but sounds to me like an electrical issue? The exhaust is reading fine. They told me to replace the engine harness because it looks kind of banged up. Before i do that, can i get some input on what you guys think, thanks in advance

The car runs and drives but sometimes at a dead stop it turns off
