Cylinder Head Oil Leak or Weepage Found on Some 4.6L and 5.4L Engines: Engine Builder

i just noticed it on my car which only has 73,000 miles should i be worryed or is it not that big of a deal

It says it's not a big deal?

I have drivers side valve cover gasget weepage, but my oil hasn't ever been low and it's never been a problem (knock on wood), I would assume it would be no biggie for the head either as long as it's not excessive and you aren't needing to add oil in between changes?

My engine weeps a very small amount of oil from the driver's side valve / cam cover. I'm not worried about it; I don't notice my oil levels changing at all during my oil change interval. I wouldn't worry about it.

The only thing that bothers me about it is it makes my engine dirty...
