Well I couldn't deal with the POS anymore. I got rid of the Mustang and got myself something that fits me more better......a truck!! I just did not have the time/patience to fix the engine. If I had another reliable car, I would have kept the Mustang, but that was my daily driver. So, now I can play with my Jeep. I will someday (probably next year around this time *bonus*) buy me a fox body Mustang. Right now I am focusing on the house to park all the cars. I would say it was fun hanging out, but you guys didn't show up to the meets all that much.... . Alright, someday next year I will be back!!

2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4x4 with the 5.9 liter V8. It gets WAY worse gas mileage then the Mustang. I drive my Jeep mostly though, it gets better gas mileage then the Mustang and the truck.

Not a bad truck at all, too bad you didn't get another Lightning or something. But a nice truck is nice around this time.

Kurt, funny you mention that.....I actually did almost buy a lightning. I had the purchase order and everything. The only reason I didn't go with it, is the dealership it was at, was going to give me $3000 for my car and that was before they knew it had a problem. If it weren't for that trade-in dollar amount, I would have had my 2002 Ford Lightning... Oh well, the extra room in the Dodge is nice, the engine is a little much for a mid-sized truck, but it's cool.

3000? That sucks......I was getting 3000 for my car on a trade for a 02 GT, and my car isn't worth as much as yours. Tough break.
