Electrical Hatch area connectors

Trying to figure what should be connected to these two wire connections, any help is appreciated.

Guessing based on what's supposed to be in that area on an 87-89 car...

Fuel door release solenoid is over by the pass side taillight area
rear hatch courtesy light is dead center

The grey connector going to the trunk light makes sense, but I’m still confused on this one.. car is an 89, this the passenger side taillight area, it ties into the tail light wiring

It might be the factory wiring for the pass rear speaker. I think it should run up over the tire hunp. Someone might have pulled it back to that area.
