Have a issue with 5.0 resto rims

I ordered Black Bullitt 17x8 and 17x9 rims from 5.0 resto this week. Today they showed up. The 17x9 are "Wheel replica" the 17x8 are "OE Wheels" The center caps are totally different, the center hubs and flang near the lug nuts are different and even the spokes are a different width. If you look at there web site, you are lead to believe that the wheels are the same, just a different size.

Anyone ever have an issue with getting 5.0 resto to take back anything and to cover the shipping?

Just call them.. If they hassel you call the better business buera.

You always hear about issue people have when returning some things. I do not expect any issues.

I just think its crazy that they sent me two different sets a wheels.

I never had any issues with returning anything when it was their foulup. A friend of mine ordered a carpet and was sent the wrong one. He called them up and they took care of the refund. He ended up buying a carpet from some place else, so they just refunded his money, including shipping. Not sure how the return shipping was handled, but I know 50.Resto picked up the bill.

They seem to have great customer service and I am sure they will take care of their mistake. They just sell really crappy products...great customer service...crappy products.

I ordered crap KSR replica LX tails and they shipped me a set.

I wasn't happy with the quality due to KSR quality.

I sent them back.
They sent me a 2nd set
I sent those back
They sent me a 3rd set
I sent those back
Then they cut me a deal for OEM tails for a great price.

The guy who helped me was Michael, but he no longer works there.

Spoke to 5.0 Resto, They are trying to contact both manufactures to see if they make 17x8 and 17x9 bullitts. I am pretty sure they do,Mustangtuning.com has them
