Have A Small Oil Leak

I have a small oil leak on the passenger side valve cover. It's leaking from what looks like some type of pcv valve. My repair manual shows the pcv on the right valve cover. What exactly is this thing? My repair manual doesn't make any reference to it. Thanks Pearl02.

It is the PCV on the passenger side, replace it.
