Well I had a lot happen to me.

My ex-wife ****ed me out of my vert!

This was while it was in it's rebuilding stage. I had most of the parts, block, heads, crank..etc at the machine shop. So when I found out she was screwing me out of it...I left it with no exhaust, no tranny, half the interior, and a 7.5 rear end out of a v6...oh and rolling on spare donuts. It was a sad day. I even cried about it...I know..I'm kinda emotional..but hey..it was my baby and I had here for about 3 1/2 years. Lots of time and history with that car.

But alas..she has fallen. The car is gone no luck there. But she is with no job and was forced to move back with her mom and bring her new family with her. Husband and new kids...yeah I say kids because she had a kid with this guy and they guy already had 2 kids...and this is all plus my kid. So Lauren, my girl, stays with me most of the time. And then she went to jail and I bailed her out..kinda. I gave her mom 1,000 for her 99 ford excort zx2. Great condition..and best of all..it was what my ex was driving around in. Now it's my daily driver!!!!

And now that I had all this motor and supercharger and stuff all just laying around. I sold the 331 and afr185 heads. But I still have the t-trim supercharger. Just couldn't let go of it I guess. LOL!

Now the good news!!

I just bought a 1995 Mustang Cobra!!! Repainted with 1999 Viper GTS blue. Beautiful car(hehe you know where that superchargers going)! 78,000 miles! They guy selling it was really hurting for money. I'm talking about owing drug people money and had a gun put to his head. Also he thought the motor was shot because when he floored it, at the high rpms it would pop. I purchased the car for 5,000.00 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Replaced the spark plugs and whaala..new motor! hehe. And he had a few small mods done to the car. 73mm mass air, f303 cam, frpp headers, bassani xpipe, borla catback, 17x9 cobra r's and plus..it's a cobra!!

So you could say I'm back in the game. Took it to the local speedshop "slaters mustangs" and pulled in with 244 hp and 267 lbs torque...after adjusting the new fuel regulater and timing...264 hp and 297 lbs torque!!
And next week. Supercharger install!!!!

I just thought I would let you guys know what's up!

Good to hear... I picked up my daughter in my Ford Festiva. Got the Ex to sign the title, like she was suppose to, and then dropped of my daughter in "the horsey car".

You went from a escort to a cobra which looks :worship: nice come back. It sucks that the ex would take your fist one from you, but like they say ''revenge is best served Cold'' you should drive by where ever she lives and wave with a huge smile.

been done. Picked up my daughter a few times already in the cobra. While she still doesn't even have a car. Her mom, brother, brother's girlfriend, herself, her new husband, all live in this house and drive the same car. And she dumped me.

Thanks guys!

What's cool about the entire ex-wife thing..I've never done anything cheesy or immature to get back at her. She would make comments about how fast her new boyfriend's car is, or tell me she's making gobs of money now, you know..just stupid **** to make me jealous. I just sat back and didn't say anything. Mainly because I wanted to see my daughter as often as possible, so keeping cool with the stupid a$$ ex-wife was a must. Now, I still really don't say much, but I don't have too. Plus I love the fact that my daughter is old enough to call me up and ask me to come get her. I run over there in tha cobra as soon as I can!!

I thought there for a while, my life has totally fallen apart. My ex left a big hole in me and my wallet. But now..I'm glad it has all happend. I've learned alot and got to be on the better end of the deal.

Great! Its nice to see your providing a good role model for your daughter even through a crappy situation. Keep your cool and give her a future, and maybe a stang later on

Congrats on the new car. Sorry to hear about your first car being taken from you like that.

I bought my car for $4,500. I would have gladly bought a cobra for $500 more.

What a great story, good to see good people get ahead. Everytime my girlfriend starts talkin about a ring, I can always find some excuse... there are too many stories like this floating around, but without the happy ending. If you get a chance, rent Eddie Murphy: Raw, he talks about it for like 30 mins.

NICE ride too, diggin the color/chrome combination.
