Fox Hazards not working but blinkers do

I have a 93 2.3 LX and it was a one owner car (my grandmothers) I finally got it running again and my hazards dont function at all i bought new flashers checked the fuses and bought a new switch and they still dont function I would love if anyone has some tips to help
