Ok, I just finished my swap to TFS heads, stage 1 cam and street upper and lower. The problem im having is of course the idle surges and the car surges when cruising. I got a chip from jms and it didnt help the problem. It seems like its a vacuum leak. I chcked the tps and it was .98 and reset the idle. timing is @ 10*.
I started to play around with it some more and if found that if i remove the red vacuum line from the upper intake it will idle just fine. If i plug it up with my finger, it will start to surge again. Right now i have it to where the green line is on the FPR and the EGR and red wire are connected to the upper. It will idle just fine. Ive checked all over for vacuum leaks and cant find anything. Any ideas?
