A good douching with WD40 to clean the inside of the IAC might be in order...They get all gummed up and sticky from the carbon...I use it on mine to clean and they work fine...you be amazed at the crud that comes out...Use some Q-tips to really clean things up inside it....The Fox ones have a plunger inside...thats what sticks...not allowing the extra air it needs when the AC is on..

Fox IAC's are tit to remove....SN95s are a tab more of a pain to access...
