1 is a bolt and the other is a stud. the stud is better but a pain when u pull the head off in the car.

Not really.

All you do is remove the studs from the block. Heads come off just the same as if head bolts were used.

they have the allen hole in the top of the stud now to pull. also the 1 has a 12 point nut and the other is a 6 point nut.

It confused me too. Because they are both head bolt sets. So I just bought the cheaper ones when I did my rebuild, they worked fine for me.

154-3601 are the right bolts you need for a 5.0

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
