My check engine light is blinking on my 1999 Mustang. It is running really bad like it feels like i have a lot less power... Everything is stock on the car.. I need help very bad.. Do you think maybe my injectors maybe be dirty and one is clogged.. The fuel filter has never been changed before but i have a new one... What do you guys think.. Are 1999 V6 Mustangs known for Head Gasket problems.. Its got 80k miles on it... Please help...

They should have no head gasket problems. So as far as that goes you can rule that out. As far as your injectors i very much doubt that. Umm when does it do the flashing CEL and when does it run like crap?

Instead of making guesses about it,retreive the codes out of the car.

yeah you can either drive it or push it to auto zone and have them put it on the little machine and see what the problem is.

Is the check engine light still coming on?Did you retreive the codes before?Did you do anything to the car to make it run better for those few days? Sorry to say,but if the oil looks milky. You have a blowed head gasket most likely.
