head lamp covers

In most of the states - no they are not. Headlamps are required to be compliant with Federal Transportation laws. Unless an aftermarket company has sought DOT approval and the product is stamped DOT compliant, the headlamp covers are sold as an "Off Road and Show Product" only.

Some of still use them. The sets with industrial strength Velcro are nice since you can just take them off. Lamp film is becoming popular as well. I have film on my corner blinkers and have never had a problem.

only if you are driving at night. if you dont have to have the headlights on, what difference would it make? i have mine on, but use the fogs as headlights (GT) people dont know the deiifernce anyway, they flash thier brights when i have the headlights and fogs on at the same time....idiots

This is what I am looking to achieve, I would like body color inside the head lamp assy. just like this one is. I think it looks great and I like the accent of with the black on the fins, my body color is red.

What do you think easy to do?

Anybody know where I can get it or how to make it happen?
