Electrical Head light Issue

Just bought a 1990 GT 5.0.
I have an issue with my headlights being dim.
I just bought all new lights and LED’s which have not been installed yet. I’ve installed a new 130amp alternator and it is charging correctly. 14.5 at the battery with no load. Could I have a voltage drop in the headlight harness? Where should I use my multi meter to check the harness. This is a small issue but I cannot drive my car at night as of now

Check your grounds on the radiator support. If these grounds don't make a good connection, it affects the lighting. Usually paint/rust over the years creates issues here

Thanks this fixed my issue. One of the grounds wasn't even landed.
