The stock alternator is ****. When i have my headlights on and i hit the break lights at a stop light and i have the heater going and my stereo bumping it drops to 12 amps, the batterys are supposed to be 12-13 amps normal. When your engine revs higher, say, when im cruising the amp puts out more power so the battery meter goes back up. get a bigger alternator if u wanna get rid of this. If not, just dont run the heater at full blast, i keep it on the second notch or sometimes off when its at night and i have my head lights going. but when i get cruising again i can have it on as much as i want. cuz the alternator is putting out its maximum charge
