Head swap questions

I have a 96 GT and just got some stock 01 heads and intake to swap. I am planning to P/P them and have long tubes installed at the same time. My goal is to get as much rwhp as possible and still have a car that idles smoothly.

My other engine mods are: Steeda Pulleys and T/A; Screamin' Demon Coils and LiveWires; K&N filter; and a homemade fenderwell CAI.

I am staying N/A and I always use high octane anyway, so I'll keep the pistons stock -- I want the higher compression.

If I stay with the OE cams, what should that setup make? I am guessing that I will end up at around 260 RWHP and 290 RWTQ. Does that sound about right?

If I did cams too, what would that get me and which ones should I get?

With cams, P&P, and tune 300 is posible. But without P&P I would think 270-280 is posible. I would add a tune in there regaurdless.
