I'm getting ready to upgrade my 351W here are the current motor specs:
351W - 1994 F150 stock short block
GT40P ported heads
1.7 Roller rockers on the intake
1.6 RR's on the exhaust
Crane Cams Powermax cam (HR-226/320-2S-14) specs from Crane w/ 1.7 rockers
Lift: intake 320 @ .544
exhaust 329 @ .559
Cam Timing: @.004 lift
intake: open 32 deg BTDC, closes 76 deg ABDC,
exhaust 83 deg BBDC, closes 31 deg ATDC
advertised duration 288 deg , 294 deg.
Cam Timing: @.050 lift
intake: open 4 deg BTDC, closes 42 deg ABDC, Max lift 109 deg ATDC, duration 226 deg.
exhaust: 55 deg BBDC, closes 3 deg ATDC, Max lift 119 deg, duration 232 deg.

Main girdle
all ARP fasteners
Typhoon intake
30 lb injectors
Accufab 75 mm tb
C&L for 30lb injectors
Long tube headers (MAC)

I also have a supercharger going on the car after everything gets broke in. I should be pushing in the 9 lb range.

What I'm looking for now is heads. I've been looking around for some inexpensive heads that will allow me to grow later even more. The best heads I've seen so far are the Edelbrock Vic Jr's. for about 1200, i can get a 210 cc head that will flow well and I can port them later if I end up doing a stroker kit.

I think that if I stick to a set of trickflow's that are 170cc heads I'll have to sell them and go get a bigger set of heads later.

does anyone have experience with the Vic Jr's on 351's? how do they perform?

Vic Jrs will not perform as well OOTB when compared to TFS street heats or Canfields.
It is not so much the intake port volume but the port design and cross section that you should be looking at.

IMO the street heats, high ports and canfields are superior OOTB and tons better when ported, and valve seat worked.
