wow this sucks really bad. I got the driver side manifold off in a snap. Then i have spent 6 hours trying to get the passenger side one, and still no luck. The bolt holding in the snorkel is too long to come out, it hits the shock towers and won't fit. Thus covering the only 2 bolts i have had left for a long time. I don't have a grinder to grind it off. Some one give me some ideas to get that bolt out of there.

Pull the motor mount bolts and use a jack and a block of wood to raise it.
if you only pull one bolt it will lean up on that side.

Hey guys ronstang told me to chisel at it and it worked it fell right out. I finally got all bolts out and went under the car and tugged and tugged but no go. I get up there and see the tips of my spark plugs are missing then it hits me OH SH** I forgot to yank plugs i had taken wires but not the plugs. Oh well now i have an excuse to tell my mom i need to go get brand spankin new spark plugs to replace the stubs sitting in my pass cyl head. This will be an experience to remember and a story to tell when i help others do this. Well guys thanks for all help tomorrow its time to yank the manifolds out of there(If i can figure out how to get the flange bolts out) and slip up the new hooker comps. YEAH IM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!
