cutting and welding header tomorrow.
here is the result of measurements and trial fitting.
some power losses, but fitting is more critical. should still make more power than iron manifolds.

two tubes merged. collector rotated to straight down. and tubes shortened.
flange rotated to match 4.6 2v angle. o2 sensor filled.
then it will fit. a shame to do this to an expensive header, but that's what it takes.clearing steering shaft is the problem. passenger side collector angle altered.and tubes shortened.
