SIDE FIRST BECAUSE IT THE HARD PART AND COME TO FIND OUT THAT THE PRIMARIES ARE SPACED TO CLOSE TOGETHER, AND THE BOLT HOLES WONT LINE UP BY A 1/8 OF AN INCH.ANYBODY ELSE EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM?

If each tube bolts to the head individually you will have to do some prying and streching to get them to fit. I had the same problem when I changed to some Trick flow heads and I had some older BBK unequal lenth headers.

Big screwdriver or one of those small prybars from someplace like sears. I personally try to stay away from headers that don't have a common flange that joins all the primaries together. I have had to fight with the LTs on my old challenger because the had warped a little with the heat and didn't line up quite right. Are they equal or unequal length headers?
