This is on the collector correct?

If so, remove the header and drill it out and replace it with a bolt. If you can't, take it to a machine shop and have it drilled out or replaced.

i would clen the threads off real good and put PB blaster on it and tighten it back in there... if the nut turns around the stud then i would worry.. but sounds like it will be ok..

Good time to buy some headers
I broke the stud on my passenger side. I just welded it back on. Tho it is a ****** because there isnt much room, or light, and it pretty much sucked. But its holding strong, even swapped the mid pipe again for clutch replacement.

I dont remember which side, but if I remember correctly the studs actually screw into the manifold. If what your saying is instead of just the nut coming off the stud and the stud remaining threaded in the manifold - you pulled the whole thing out, dont worry about it. Just use the nut as your leverage to thread the stud back in.
