ive been reading about installing shorty headers on the 4.6. seams like a real bitch haveing to remove k members and what not, would it be any easier to get at them with the heads off? i have to replace my headgasket anyway.

i put L/T's on my car and well...... it was a bitch, the most stressful thing ive done to a car. Ive heard installing a set of shortys is a bit easier, but u will see why i said what i did at the begining. oh yeah and taking the heads off ive heard its a pain to, but thats just what ive heard.
I had to remove my k-member and all of that and it wasnt easy or fun. just make sure u have a lift, cause doing it without one will make suicide run through ur mind a few times. But a set of headers and O/R pipes do sound fine if u ask me.
