Headers Question!

Headers Question! please helppppp

Hey i have a 1993 5.0L GT and i was thinking about getting headers. i have flowmasters exhaust with no mufflers and cold air intake. I have some other small modifications but nothin major. What kind of gaines in horsepower and sound would i be getting. Also, i know there are many types of headers, what would give me the maximum sound and power output for my car,if any at all......please help.

A very f'n loud one if you dont get some mufflers.

You wouldn't see too much gain from switching headers if you went from the stock shorty header to an aftermarket shorty. You will see a small difference in the 3000+ range but that is all.

We were just discussing this last week. If you search for things like 'Basic Mods' or 'Free Mods' you should get a very good idea of things to do.
