+1 on the Hooker Comps (go for the ceramic coat). I have power steering - they sell a bracket ($30) for the PS valve to resolve the interference problem. I haven't installed them yet, but there are many others running this setup, so I don't anticipate a problem.
Ceramic coating has the following benefits 1)lowers the underhood temp significantly by keeping the heat inside the header, 2)the coating is very durable and prevents the headers from rusting, 3)they look great, kind of like a low luster nickel plating finish.
