Funny - I had just the opposite - MAC headers and BBK H-Pipe - didn't leak but one of the cats started rattling and I got rid of it for a Bassani X-Pipe with cats.

Are your current headers leaking at the heads? If they are not, see if you can get the Bassani components to line up before buying new headers. You may be OK.
If they are leaking at the heads, just go Bassani all the way.

Sorry - didn't realize you had stock headers. Since you are getting Bassani everything else, you might as well get Bassani headers...

I never see anyone with JBAs. I have bassani mid and catback and love them both. I was thinking about getting JBA headers down the road cause my bbks are the old flange style.

Kinda off topic but have you had your car on a dyno white94cobra? I will be having a similar setup as you and just curious what kind of numbers you put down.

If are thinking about full exhaust, seriously think about long tubes.

Sure they are more expensive, but on a street car they make good power down low.

Plus they sound good.

My BBK ceramic shorties are already starting to get rust spots, after only 2 years!
And I think one of my cats on my BBK X is rattling.

Like everything else, you get what you pay for.

I would like to get new headers and mid pipe sometime. If I do, I will either do MAC, to go with the cat-back, or Bassani.

I have a BBK o/r H and MAC cat back with stock headers and I have zero leaks. Though I did have the car up on the lift at my work and used my Snap On impact which puts out 750 foot pounds of torque...
