The head gasket is crushing more on the header side then the lifter vally side, caulsing it to blow the gaskets into the vally. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

head gaskets are right and on right, arp head bolts, dowels in place, head surfaces and block all flat and clean. tourked the in three steps but not in the order that im soposto I went from the outter bolts to the inner insted of the other way. do you think that would be the caulse to blow the twice and only at the top of all cylinders?

Yes, I think that's exactly why the gasket failed. It is imperitave that you torque it in proper sequence. The way you did it caused the gaskets to bunch up toward the middle of the head and not allow the head to seal against the block.

I put new gaskets on it two weeks ago, used coper tack and tourked them to manufacters spes. got 150 mil on it now havent gone over 3000 rpm havent had a problem yet. this is the third set of gaskets. Has any one seen that before on all cylinders?

I will send a pic if it will help.

Didnt know that that would have that much affect, you learn by your f ups
