headlight adjust

i just bought new headlights for my 90 stang...there pointing down n i need them to go up...is there a tool that i can get so i can turn the adjusters instead of taking the actual headlight out like my buddy took me to do cause i really dont wanna go through that again

it kinda looks like it could b but the tip needs to b a square cause thats what it looks like on the headligh...in that pic it looksl like a hex/star key
