Headlight BULBS ???

I want to get different headlight and fog light bulbs, I like the blue tint but I want them to be brighter.

1.What brand do you recommend?
2.What kelvin temp do I need to look for? (I have stock setup)
3.Where is the best place to get them?

What has everyone else done?
I am pretty sure that our bulbs are H13 size right?
If you could include pictures of your setup in day light and at night that would be very helpful.

I've got Silverstars which is just a replacement bulb for the factory set-up that is a true white and brighter. That's the best way unless you want to do HIDs. Silverstars can be found at Autozone and the like. As far as kelvin ratings, 4300K is pure white and 6000K has a slight blue-hue, I like it though. 8000K+ is purple and looks horrible, IMO. H13 is the correct bulb size. This is the best place to order HIDs if you want to go that route.

once you go HID's you'll never go back... previous owner installed a set off a lexus and they're WAYYYYYYY too bright, so i think im buying a set from stealth auto

Here's a shot of mine.
It was taken when the sun was still up.
The are far brighter when it's dark outside.
They are 8000K HID...

Is there any way of getting that blue without spending all that money on the HID kits?, but still have them brighter than stock?

I'm sorry, got ahead of my self and did not realize how cheap the HID kit was for the link the Nastystang had provided. Thanks man!! I read into the kelvin temps and 8000k is still blue, 10000k is blue but is on the edge of purple. I know I will get the 8000k kit, BUT what about me fogs? Is there any way to get them in a blue color to match me headlights, but still work as they were intended too?
( I use my fogs a lot, I really like how the light up the road at night. I believe if I didn't have them on one night I would have taken out a half piece of semi truck tire that was on the center line if I did not have them on.)

If you want blue get 6,000K. I promise you ... As far as the foglights you'll just buy a HID kit for them, too. I don't know what the bulb size is though.

You will need...
The H13 kit for the headlights.
The H10 kit for the foglights.

I have Silverstars for the headlights and Nokya 3K (yellow) fog lights. But beware the Nokyas are some of the better bulb replacement and still melted my bulb guards inside the housings.

Personally I Like 4300 to 5000K for headlights as that is white light not blue, purple or any type of tinted light that does not work in adverse weather conditions. By that note 3000K foglights (yellow) is the way to go.

Personally, I can't stand different colored fog lights and don't really have issues with fog so I won't run them on anything. Although I know it is the "correct" way to do it. Yellow light cuts through the fog better than the white, etc bouncing off the water particles in the air.

I had them in my F150, switched to 6000K HIDs and loved them but right now I just don't even care about that aspect of my car. I don't know, I guess you could say I'm pretty content with the Silverstars than.

Lights

I agree with Nasty, Silverstars are the way to go unless you want to go with HID.
My only difference is I chose Retro-Solutions 6000K, 35W BiXenon kit for my headlights. I love my HIDs and would never go back.
As for my fogs, I went the yellow route, I chose Hoen Endurance fog bulbs. Haven't damaged my fog housings.
