Headlight doesnt work when i turn on brights

Whenever i turn on the brights my right headlight turns off. Whats the reason for this? Both lights work when the lights arent on bright, but as soon as i press the switch only the left side works...whats the deal?

replace the bulb, it has 2 seperate filiments, one for high and one for low.

check the plug on the floor to make sure it is in. Mine has come out a little bit a couple of times.

Bulb, or wiring socket on the bulb itself has a ground problem.
