I have this really messed up problem and its really started to frustrate me. A few nights ago, my headlights stopped working, so I did some research and found out that our cars like to melt harnesses. So i found the harness, saw it was a little burnt up and replaced it. The wires looked ok, but I didnt want to take any chances but guess what, didnt fix my problem, I still have no headlights. I checked all the fuses and everything seems ok. The thing that really has me puzzled is when my car is on and I have the headlights in the full on position, the lights dont work but when i hit the highbeams, they highbeams work BUT the indicator saying the highbeams are on doesnt come on. When I turn off the car and have the headlights on and the highbeams on and the parking brake off, the indicator comes on. To me this sounds like a DRL module problem causing my headaches but I could be wrong. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

In my 95 I had to change the light switch I paid 40 bucks cdn from ford for it and they are easy to change the hardest part was getting the switch knob off you have to push the clip from the backside of the knob it's a PITA I ended up pulling mine off in rage lol. just don't loose the little clip inside the knob. Then take out the gauge bezel and remove the light switch.
