Hi Guys,

I am in the process of installing GT40P heads (w/trickflow spring kit) , Cobra intake, 1.6 scorpion Roller Rockers and B303 Cam.

- do I need to upgrade the lifters? (if so what do i get) or can i stay stock?
- also are the stock push rods ok to use? or do I need to upgrade them? will they be the same size?
- do u recommend i change anything else? ( i did get a new timing chain)

thanks in advance.

Dan

If the stock lifters look good reuse them.
Stock push rods should work but you will need to pattern the rock arm on the top of the valves.
What is “i did my I know chain”? Possibly the timing chain?

If it was me I should upgrade the throttle body to at least a 65mm and at a minimum a 70mm mass air meter (calibrated to whatever size injectors you are going to run).

Other than that put it together and drive it.
