I believe I saw that part at my local NPD outlet just yesterday. Give them a try.

You can make your own out of pipe fittings quite easily.
1 x "femal threaded" T fitting.
2 x pipe thread to hose barb fittings.

Go get what you need at a local hardware store. Most stock brass fittings that work for this, they age better than the steel or iron ones. Or go to a specialty hardware supply and get stainless fittings.
