Which one goes to intake and which on to the water pump? It's on a 67 need to hook up the hoses but can't remember which way they go. I have top and bottom hose coming out of firewall

Doesn't make a difference. Not sure what the factory setup was.

If memory serves me correct the top hose runs to the manifold, and the bottom hose runs to the water pump. But as said it doesnt matter, your heater core won't know the difference.
