heater motor in..no floor heat?

hey all
i put in my new blower motor and it works, however all that works is the defroster, when i turn it to vent or the floor heater the motor turns on and i hear air blowing but i dont feel anything coming out of the vents..anyone have any ideas??

You have a loose vacuum line...
