Hi, I don't have a Mustang but I have a 96 Ranger with a 89 Mustang engine with some problems. I'll post a pic and ask my questions in technical area, seems like lots of knowledge here.

Welcome, Love to see some creativity. That is a lot of engine to stuff inside of a Ranger.

That Spaghetti though WOW, My OCD would have me in there with some loom and electrical tape.

By Any Chance are you near Claresholm?

2wd or 4WD? Are you doing the swap or did you buy it with the extra cylinders shoved in it?

No not near Claresholm, in Edmonton, I started the swap in the summer, 2.3 5spd, 2wd, no a/c or ps or any other options. I haven't cleaned up wiring yet until I can get engine running better. If i can't I will switch to carb. As u can see, mustang harness is about 5 feet too long, going to need a lot of splices. This project has more work than I had hoped, too much rust.

Very cool. Once my car is "done" I will be putting my old 5.0 in an 86 ranger. Always wanted to do one since I owned a Ranger in 1996.
