Hello. My name is Shelby. I'm not technically a mustang owner yet, but if all goes according to plan I should be picking up my first in a couple of weeks.
I've been a fan of mustangs since I was a small boy. My father started me on the path by literally naming me "Shelby G(raham) T(erry)"

As soon as the current owner gets everything ready I will be taking ownership of a red 1998 v6 mustang. It needs a bumper, fender, hood, and door. But the motor runs smooth and strong, and I'm not afraid of replacing some body panels. The front wheel And tire have been put back on And do hold air, and have good tread left. And yes. Your eyes are correct. Those are mud tires in the back. They are both my favorite and least favorite part of it at the moment. I look forward to getting my mustang and joining the mustang community.

Hey Shelby, welcome to Stangnet.

Your name is just about as good as it gets! Unless you decide you’ll like camaro’s.

Look around our ‘96-‘04 subforums, you’ll get lots of help there in making your soon to be mustang look nice. Mud tires though.....

It’s good to have you with us.

Thanks for the welcome! And camaros are alright, but nothing compared to a mustang imo.

Yeah, I'm not sure why, but he took the wheels and tires off of an Explorer. I like the fatness and the large wall, but I'm not quite sure how I feel about them being mud tires. It's definitely interesting.

Anyway, Welcome to stangnet
