Hello everyone from southern illinois . Glad to join a great mustang sight as this. I have a 65 coupe I am trying to restore from the ground up doing all of the work myself. I have replaced frame rails, inner and outter wheel wells, full rear quarters, trunk floors , floors, door skins, and new front fenders. I have rebuilt the 200 6cyl and installed the three speed stick. I have the car in primer now and trying to install a complete Ron Frances Retro Harness all I like is the heater switch and wiper switch and I will soon .... maybe will hear it run again I hope. I am planning on painting it myself probably red is there any other color on a 65? LOL. Anyway thanks to Jetsetmantony for the help on the heater switch. Thanks Again For All The Help
sounds like you going to have one nice ride when it's all said and done. Me not being the mechanical type, I'm debating about purchasing a 64.5 stang convertible for 18.5k, just can't bring myself to do it because it's modified (none of the numbers match) too much for a classic
