Well i need some parts and i need some advice

1. I need a clutch quad, cable, and firewall adjuster, what do you recomend and how do you install it? is it hard? how much would it cost to install all that?

2. my two switches (headlights & "starter" switch) on the left side of the dash have started to wiggle alot, and now the middle square peice (with the symbols on it) just fell off, how do i put them back on?

3. my seatbelts dont lock up ever, and sometimes dont re-tract, should i get mine fixed if so where or just buy new ones, where can i get new ones?

4. do you recomend replacing your headliner your self? or paying someone else to do it? whats involved when doing it your self?

thank you

I just bought a ford racing ajustable clutch cable and quad from a local speed shop you can get them at almost any local speed shop or order online from summitracing.... my seatbelts did the same thing as yours all i did was go to a local pick and pull and grabbed a few from some 4banger stangs that work good i also grabbed new switches for the left side of the dash as mine also broke hehe.. I always recommend doing everything yourself if possible you save money and learn at the same time!

Jeremy, V8 only, has a nice write up on his site reviewing cables, FWA's and the like. He also has an article on swapping and routing a cable.

Good luck.

Headliners in our cars are easy.. you will have to remove some interior pieces to get to it, might be a bit of a pain in the ass, but it is not a hard task.

alright thanks for the advice, and the hope

looks like i need a trip to the junkyard, i'll be ordering the headliner kit from 50resto, and i guess the 50$ switches , and the steeda clutch cable kit

oh and my exhaust is awesome i love it , it only gets loud if you kick it, yet at idle its nice and mean sounding, + when my car passes you it sounds like a big-block

EDIT; also i cant find v8 only..can someone post the webpage
