HELP! A/T shifting late

I have a 95 GT that shifts late. It doesn't seem to slip. It shifts late in all gears. I was told that it was not the tranny but something electronic. So far The speed sensor, TPS, and PCM have been replaced. Any Ideas?

I think the sensor is called the Transmission Range Sensor, try that

An actual diagnosis would be cheaper for you and a lot more effective than swapping out parts in the hopes you replace the bad one. By shifting late, do you mean its shifting later in the rpm range than you think is normal? How do you drive? If youre always on the pedal its gonna hold the gear longer.
Have you compared yours with another similar vehicle?
