Belt wont stop sqeauling, I can put soap on it and it will stop until i start it again. Could this be the belt tensioner gone bad or something else, and also its a new belt.. thanx

First take the belt off and look at it. See if there are any shiny spots where it could be rubbing on something. Also look for cracks or damage. If any of this is happening, go buy a Gaterback belt from Autozone. They are a little more expensive but are well designed belts.
Noe that the belt is off, turn all of the pulleys by hand. At this point you will feel and/or hear the bad one. It might squeak at just the speed you spin it, it might ratchet or spin rough and slow. Compare them to each other and see which is harder to turn. Then order the bad pulley and get a gaterback anyways.

I would buy new idler pulleys first, because they are cheap. If the problem continunes, buy a new tensioner.

I had the same problem you are describing with my car and my belt was relatively new as well. I bought new idler pulleys and it did nothing. I then purchased a gatorback belt and it fixed the problem. I would try the cheap stuff first before buying a new tensioner that you may not need.
